The Role
We are looking for an Intermediate Architect to take on meaningful responsibility across all phases of practice. This is not a production-only role — you will contribute to design, documentation, consultant coordination, and client communication from day one. You will grow alongside the firm.
This is primarily an in-office position with flexibility for work/life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- 3–6 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
- Experience with commercial core and shell and/or multifamily residential in an urban infill context
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Revit proficiency — we are actively transitioning to BIM workflows and this is a near-term priority
- Familiarity with NYC zoning and building code
- Experience with LPC (Landmarks Preservation Commission) submissions — this is a significant plus
- ARE completion or active progress toward licensure

$70,000 – $95,000
